“I hereby agree that Pranic Healing is not intended to replace the medical or physiological diagnosis and treatment but is only meant to complement them.
I agree that if ailment is severe or symptoms persist, I shall consult a medical doctor.
I agree that I have taken up Pranic Healing services purely for stress reduction, relaxation and energy empowerment.
I agree that I shall not hold the Pranic Healer responsible for any liabilities whatsoever arising out of submission to Pranic Healing Practice out of my violation.”

I declare that I am physically and mentally able to participate in this seminar and will keep confidential all proceedings. I verify that the information given in the form is true to best of my knowledge. And I promise to follow the copyright law and abstain from sharing the techniques and teachings publicly without prior permission from Institute for Inner Studies, Inc.”
